Pregnancy Care

Pre-natal Support

Mums-to-be love our 8-week pre-natal exercise course designed to strengthen the lower back muscles and increase pelvic floor strength to aid the carrying and birthing process. Specific chiropractic mobilization techniques may help reduce labor times and improve pelvic mobility. We also stock a full range of maternity braces, electric pelvic floor strengthening devices and coccygeal pain-relieving aids.

Post-Natal Support

We offer specific chiropractic techniques that may assist with coccyx pain, lower back pain, disc prolapse, pelvic pain and muscle strains. We offer massage services that improve blood flow and lymphatic fluid drainage and ease tension. We have an exclusive 8-week post-natal strengthening course to improve transverse abdominal weakness, lower back muscle weakness and bladder leakage.

Pelvic Floor & Incontinence

We offer an intense 8-week program to assist with bladder weakness, prolapse, bowel control and muscle cramps. We stock the latest in electrical impulse devices to aid and assist with pelvic floor strength, we also offer home exercise routines via our physical exercise app to make sure you are improving even when you are at home.

Post Operation Rehabilitation

If you have just had an operation to repair a prolapsed uterus or bladder, removal of a uterine fibroid or a cyst, even an oophorectomy. You may require some muscular rehabilitation or support to restore your pelvic floor or transverse abdominal muscles to their previous strength.

Acupuncture and Chinese medicine can often give relief from the pain associated with menstruation. We have a qualified acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner on site to assist our patients to reduce their pain.


Acupuncture has been used for many years to assist in reducing stress, improving hormone balance and removing restrictions of the pelvic region to improve and facilitate pregnancy.
